• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• First-time KYC verification is required for withdrawals — a copy of your national ID or passport will be needed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the event itself is cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded to your wallet.

• Odds may change during live betting due to network latency.
• Placing opposing bets on the same team in a single match may result in both bets being voided.
• A maximum payout cap may apply to winnings.

Khv8's bonuses and promotional offers are designed to make your experience more rewarding. Each bonus, however, comes with specific terms that must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and applies to the first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus (typically 5x–30x) must be met before withdrawal.
• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
